You'll complete a detailed intake form before our call that gives me context on your goals, offers, team, sales and systems before we meet. Private 90-Minute Strategy Session: We’ll get on a Zoom and focus on solving one problem. We have 90 minutes to give us plenty of time to diagnose what’s really going on, map out a strategy that aligns with your business and goals, and identify your next steps. Personalized Roadmap:
After your session, you’ll receive a short, focused roadmap summarizing your top 2–3 leverage points and recommended next steps to align your business with your income, lifestyle, and scalability goals. 4 Weeks of Telegram Support: Direct support from me for four weeks after your call to help answer implementation questions, get through roadblocks, and pivot in real time. I’m available M-Th 10-4 ET (with the exception of holidays).
30-Minute Progress Call: At the end of the sprint, we’ll check in on your progress and discuss what your next steps for the next 3-6 months are to hit your sales and profit goals.What Will We Cover in One Sprint?
In 4 weeks, we’ll focus on one core area of your business. Your audit will uncover the biggest bottleneck, which is where our time will be spent. Some examples of a sprint focus are:- Raising prices and creating a strategy to attract premium buyers
- Refining your offer suite and increasing monthly recurring revenue
- Creating a sales system that converts your ideal clients, from intake to signed proposal
- Implementing daily and weekly lead generation activities that you and your team execute to bring in ideal clients on repeat
- Auditing your time and team to free up your calendar with delegation and time management strategies
Overall, my goal is for you to walk away having implemented at least one powerful shift to add $100K+ to your business ASAP.
How It Works
1. After you complete your purchase, you’ll receive a link to complete your intake form (takes ~15 minutes) and book your 1:1 strategy session.
2. I’ll review your responses prior to the call and follow up via email with any clarifying questions.
3. We’ll have our 1:1 on Zoom (or if you’re near Charlotte, NC, we can meet locally!).
4. 24-48 hours after your call, I’ll send you a personalized roadmap documenting your recommendations and next steps.
5. You’ll also be added to Telegram for 4 weeks of asynchronous support as you implement your strategy.
6. At the end of the 4 weeks, we’ll have a progress call to review what you’ve accomplished and discuss what needs to be changed and where to go next.
